    Gift Certificates

    Always available, both at the salon and online. They may be redeemed for products and services. We regret we are unable to offer cash refunds for gift certificates.

    Appointments • Confirmation & Cancellation

    As a courtesy, we try to call to confirm your appointment the day prior to the appointment. However, if we cannot call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment day and time.

    24 hour notice is appreciated for cancellation. Missed appointments are subject to a fee of 50 percent of the appointment charge.

    Children at the Salon

    Off Center Salon and Spa provides services for children; however, we are not a childproof facility and cannot provide childcare. For the safety of your children and other customers, we respectfully require that children under 10 are supervised, at all times, by someone not receiving a service. If you bring your child with you, please also bring someone to supervise while you have your service.

    We accept cash and checks for services. Credit cards are accepted for retail products and gift certificates.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges on products.
